This is a plain-language summary of how refunds and cancellations work on Bellfold. The binding version is part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
Your 30-day free trial requires no credit card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bellfold.com within 30 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith to make it right, including issuing a refund where appropriate. Except where required by law, subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer so we can resolve it directly.

This Privacy Policy explains how Graffend Corporation (“Bellfold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Bellfold service and www.bellfold.com (together, the “Service”). Graffend Corporation is located at 2120 University Ave., Berkeley, CA 94704, USA.
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and account settings.
- QuickBooks Online data. When you connect QuickBooks Online, we access the business data needed to provide the Service — such as your customers, items, and invoices — using Intuit’s authorization (OAuth). We access this data to operate the Service for you and do not sell it.
- Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe’s privacy policy; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) on www.bellfold.com to understand how the site is used. It may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. The site honors your browser’s “Do Not Track” signal: when Do Not Track is enabled, Google Analytics is not initialized and no analytics data is sent.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share.
We use information to provide and operate the Service, connect to and process your QuickBooks Online data, bill your subscription, respond to support requests, improve the Service, and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the providers and parties needed to run the Service, and where required by law:
- Intuit / QuickBooks Online — to read and process the data you authorize.
- Stripe — to process subscription payments.
- Google Analytics — for website analytics on www.bellfold.com.
- Service providers — such as hosting and infrastructure, acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
We keep account and QuickBooks Online data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations. Disconnecting QuickBooks Online or closing your account stops further access to your QuickBooks Online data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@bellfold.com.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised policy on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bellfold (the “Service”), operated by Graffend Corporation (“Bellfold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Bellfold connects to your QuickBooks Online account and helps you prepare, review, and manage invoices. Bellfold works alongside QuickBooks Online and does not replace it; your QuickBooks Online account remains your system of record.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions, pricing, and renewal
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $15 per month or $150 per year (U.S. dollars). Paid subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans each month and annual plans each year — at the then-current price, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any change to your subscription price.
Free trial
New accounts may start a 30-day free trial, which does not require a credit card. If you do not start a paid subscription, the trial simply ends and you are not charged. If you add a payment method and start a paid subscription, the terms above apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To cancel, open Settings in the app or contact support@bellfold.com.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bellfold.com within 30 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith to make it right, including issuing a refund where appropriate. Except where required by law, subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. QuickBooks Online and other third-party services
The Service integrates with QuickBooks Online (a product of Intuit Inc.) and uses third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control. You authorize Bellfold to access and process your QuickBooks Online data as needed to provide the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Bellfold, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Graffend Corporation and protected by law. You retain all rights to your own data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bellfold does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Built for QuickBooks Online
Connect your QuickBooks Online company in a few clicks. Bellfold works with your existing customers, items, and invoice data in QuickBooks, so there is nothing to re-enter and nothing to keep in sync by hand. QuickBooks Online stays your system of record.
What Bellfold does
- Automated invoicing. Bellfold prepares and queues your invoices from your QuickBooks Online data, ready for you to review and send.
- Reusable templates. Send your invoice emails the way you want them to look — your own layout, wording, and branding, instead of the generic QuickBooks email template. Set a template up once and reuse it every time.
